Auction Preview Opens Today; Bidding Begins May 20
Our auction goes live on Thursday, May 20, but you can preview many of our exciting items now! THANK YOU to our talented and generous community for your fantastic contributions to our online auction. We have something for everyone, from 6 months of fresh eggs courtesy of one of our third grade students and her chickens, to a handmade shawl by handwork teacher Liz Kelley, to an Alebrijes workshop with Profe Kuri and Teacher Cyntia, and so much more! We will continue adding items over the next few days, so make sure to check back often and bookmark your favorites.
New Raffle Items Added
Have you seen our exciting raffle offerings yet? A $1,500 tuition credit, or exclusive tickets to see the World Premiere of the 2021 CLWS Circus documentary—The Clowndemics! Purchase one ticket for $20 or 3 for $50.
The lucky winners will be drawn live during our event on May 22, between 8:00 – 9:00 pm. Join us to see if it’s you!
Last Chance to Order Sweet Treats and Appetizers
We are putting together fun and festive party boxes with savory or sweet treats, adult and non-alcoholic beverages, party favors, and flowers. Our Savory Appetizers and Sweet Treats boxes are only available to order through Sunday, May 16. Order yours today! Beer, tea, flowers, and party favors are available while supplies last.
Party boxes will be available for pickup during a festive “carline” on Saturday, May 22, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Come enjoy live entertainment from our Circus performers, browse a few of our online auction items, and stop into The Store by the Door for in-person shopping!
