Discover Waldorf education at Autumn Tales & Treasures, our Fall Early Childhood Open House on Saturday, October 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Join us at City of Lakes Waldorf School in Minneapolis for a family-friendly morning of seasonal activities, imaginative play, and exploration.
Step inside our warm, welcoming classrooms, meet our teachers, and discover how our play-based, nature-inspired approach to early childhood education supports the healthy development of young children. Explore our play-rich learning environments and learn how imagination, movement, practical work, and time in nature help children build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Celebrate autumn with hands-on activities for little ones, including beeswax modeling of acorns and pumpkins, bread baking, an autumn puppet show featuring “Little Mouse Finds a Winter House,” and open-ended play in our early childhood classrooms.
