Community Events Newsletter Submissions

Hi there! Thanks for your interest in posting your announcement in our  monthly Community Events Newsletter. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we’ve developed these guidelines and a form to streamline the process. Please make sure your ad meets all of the following criteria so we can publish and share it with our entire community.

How are you connected with our school?

  • Are you a CLWS parent, student, alum or staff member?
  • Are you a sponsor of the school?
  • Are you a member of Novalis, Anthroposophical Society, Minnesota Waldorf School, or West-Metro Initiative?
  • If none of these apply, your ad may not be accepted.

Is your announcement relevant to our community?

  • Will your message be pertinent and beneficial to the CLWS community?
  • Does your message fit with our school’s mission and core values?
  • Does your message compete with services provided by CLWS like pre-school or summer school programs? If so, we may not be able to accept it.
  • We cannot accept pet ads.

Does your announcement meet the above requirements? If so, use this form to make your submission. 

Approved announcements will run for one week. After that, they must be resubmitted. Submission deadline is the last day of the month at noon. The Community Events Newsletter goes out the first week of the new month. Thanks for helping our community communications run more smoothly and effectively!
