City of Lakes Waldorf School is pleased to present its 31st Annual Circus on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the historic Music Box Theatre in Minneapolis. This delightful, family-friendly show features stunning acrobatics, juggling tricks, trampoline acts, and more—all performed by our 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students!

Hup (clap) HEY! and CLWS proudly present our 31st Annual Circus: FLIP THE SCRIPT! on Friday, April 26 and Saturday, April 27. This one of a kind talent show promises to transform ordinary performances into extraordinary circus routines. Join us and witness the journey to stardom, from the outstanding and outlandish auditions to polished acts that amaze and delight. This hysterical show is sure to literally turn the world of entertainment upside down!

  • Advance tickets are online only. Please note that online ticket sales will close on Thursday, April 25, at 10:00 pm.
  • We encourage you to order your tickets early. All three Circus performances typically sell out!
  • Our live band (featuring CLWS faculty and one alumni parent) is rockin’, and the acoustics in the Music Box Theatre are strong! Families with small children may want to consider bringing hearing protection.
  • Concessions will be available for sale before the show and at intermission.
  • House doors open approximately 10 minutes prior to showtime.

Parking at the Music Box Theatre

The Music Box Theatre is located at 1407 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Parking can be found along the street, in a metered lot at 15th & Nicollet, or via the Hyatt-Loring parking ramp (1330 Nicollet Ave). Buses 17, 18, 10, 11, and 30 all run to the venue. Families are also encouraged to carpool!
