The Waldorf Community of Color Affinity Group, facilitated by Christina More, parent at the Green Meadow Waldorf School, has been created for Waldorf community members to share and support each other in racial conversations.
This affinity group is open to current and past Waldorf parents of color and any individual of color affiliated with Waldorf education in North America. The group will meet on the second Sunday of the month from 7:00 – 8:30 pm CT and warmly welcomes new participants.
Christina, a parent of a seven-year-old daughter at Green Meadow Waldorf School, hails from Nigeria, grew up in London, and now resides in New York. She is a women’s circle facilitator and life coach and has experience organizing and teaching yoga. This group has been created to better understand what is needed in our schools and how to use our collective energy towards more inclusive and diverse spaces.
